Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—may be subject to the full session fee. You can cancel or reschedule by contacting me directly.
Confidentiality
Your privacy matters. Everything shared in session is kept confidential, with a few exceptions required by law. These include situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or in cases of suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult. We’ll review these exceptions in detail before we begin working together.
Telehealth
Virtual sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Clients must be physically located in Colorado at the time of session. Please ensure you're in a private, quiet space with a stable internet connection during our time together.
Communication
You’re welcome to contact me via email between sessions. I typically respond within 24–48 business hours. Please note that I do not provide emergency or crisis services, and responses may be delayed outside of business hours.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of services if you are not using insurance. I will provide this in writing prior to our first session.
